We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased through our website. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused to qualify for a full refund.

Yes, we prioritize clean formulations. All Nécessaire products are free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more global destinations in the near future.
Are Nécessaire products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. All of our formulas are 100% vegan and we do not test on animals at any stage of production.
